We respect the confidentiality of our clients. Any personal or business information shared with Corporate Competence is kept secure and private in line with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We do not share data with third parties without consent.
All security staff are fully licensed and vetted in compliance with state regulations. Our services, from security to traffic control, adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal laws to ensure compliance and client peace of mind.
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover staffing and scheduling costs.
Payments are due according to the terms agreed upon in your service contract or quotation. We accept multiple payment methods and provide clear, itemized invoices with no hidden charges.
Corporate Competence maintains comprehensive public liability and workers’ compensation insurance. This ensures both our clients and staff are protected at all times during service delivery.
